Please read the below Terms & Conditions. By accessing or using this website, you are agreeing to comply with the below Terms & Conditions.

Eat More Granola reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time. Please ensure you check the Terms & Conditions as Eat More Granola may revise these Terms & Conditions as required.

 

Ordering

Please choose carefully when ordering online as once an order is placed, it is unable to be cancelled.

All prices are in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST.

 

Delivery

We ship domestically using couriers for all deliveries at a flat fee of $7.50 Australia wide. Delivery will occur on business days only.

We package and ship all orders from Melbourne within a business day. All orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from our shipping courier with a tracking number to track your order.

Your delivery will arrive within:

3- 5 business days for metro locations

7 - 10 business days for regional locations

Please note during peak or busy trading periods, deliveries may take longer to arrive.

Please note that where you or a representative are not at home to accept the delivery, deliveries will be left unattended at a delivery premise. Please let us know when making your order if you would not like this option.

In the event that there is an error with the delivery address, please contact us via email.

 

Returns

Please choose carefully when shopping online. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind orders due to the nature of the product.

If we have supplied an incorrect or faulty product, or your product arrives damaged, please notify us via [email protected] within 72 hours with your order details.

We will arrange a replacement order or refund.

 

Exclusions

Our granola holds an expiration date of 2 months. Please refer to the back of the packet and the Best Before date. A product that has lapsed the expiration date does not classify as a valid return reason and is not deemed a faulty item. Returns will not be accepted on products that have lapsed expiration dates.

Our granola contain allergens including Seeds, Nuts and Gluten. Please ensure that you are aware of the packet contents before consuming. All nutritional information can be found on the back of each pack.

 

Consumer Guarantees

Goods purchased through this website are covered under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe there is a fault with the product you have received, you have the right to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law recognizes the time period may vary depending on the nature of the goods, the price paid for the goods and any representations made about the goods.
